Ribal Al-Assad discusses the ODFS Campaign with UK Conservatives Foreign Affairs Spokesman in Brussels MEP Charles Tannock

ODFS Director, Ribal Al-Assad today in London, met with senior British Conservative Member of the European Parliament, Dr Charles Tannock to discuss the ODFS campaign. In the European Parliament, Dr Tannock is Foreign Affairs and Human Rights Spokesman for the UK Conservative delegation. He is a full member of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee and the Human Rights Subcommittee. Dr Tannock is also the Spokesman for the European Conservatives and Reformist Group.

Ribal Al-Assad said, "I was honoured and priviliged to meet Dr Tannock. We had an excellent discussion about bringing democracy, freedom and human rights to Syria, and peace in the Middle East. I am delighted that Dr Tannock has taken such an interest in our campaign and look forward to working with him."
