Ribal Al-Assad talks about Syria and the Middle East with leading British Conservative Commentator Nile Gardiner

ODFS Director, Ribal Al-Assad today in London, met with leading British Conservative commentator Nile Gardiner, to discuss Syria and the Middle East. Mr Gardiner is Director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation, which is a Washington based think tank. He is a leading authority on transatlantic relations and has advised the executive branch of the U.S. government on a range of key issues.

Ribal Al-Assad said, "I was delighted and honoured to meet Nile Gardiner. We had a fruitful discussion about bringing democracy, freedom and human rights to Syria, and peace in the Middle East. I look forward to working with him."
