ODFS Director talks to MSNBC about the war in Syria

ODFS Director Ribal Al-Assad spoke to MSNBC today about the war in Syria.

He said he was "very pessimistic" about the situation because international mediators had failed to fully grasp what was happening on the ground and were not taking the aspirations of all of the country's peoples into account. The international community, he said, continued to make the same mistakes and this was hindering efforts to broker peace.
